"Home in Holiday" are two adorable 2 bedroom homes on the water in Holiday. Florida! Perfect for seasonal rental, traveling nurses, or while between homes! Minimum Stay: 6 Months.
Florida has a very distinct HIGH and LOW season, though they don't always make sense to the rest of the World!
LOW Season (May to October): $2,350 per month al-inclusive.
HIGH SEASON (November to April): $2,650 per month, all-inclusive.
Our Homes in Holiday are set up to be completely furnished, turn-key rentals. Just about everything you can think of is provided, including all linens, cooking items, glassware, decorations, and even a starting supply of products, so you can go straight to the beach, instead of the store!
Unfortunately, a six month lease is required, per the county, to not qualify as a Vacation Rental, so anything below six months will require the Florida Transient Rental Tax: 6% of the rental price including any cleaning fee for reservations 182 nights and shorter. Additionally, Pasco County charges the Florida Discretionary Sales Surtax: 1% of the listing price including any cleaning fee for reservations 182 nights and shorter.
Bottom Line: Any rental of less than six months requires an additional 7% tax (sorry).
